I'm Mohamed Ibrahim Ramadan — a Lead Full-Stack Developer with 17+ years shipping enterprise systems end-to-end across six countries: Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Libya. Deep .NET Core backend expertise paired with Angular, React and Blazor front ends, on SQL Server and PostgreSQL. I built EJADA — Oman's cross-ministry performance platform serving ~85 government entities — end-to-end, and have delivered national identity, legal, HR and payment systems across the region.
Today I lead a line of business at Software Systems LLC while staying hands-on: I own the roadmap, the delivery team and the commercial outcome, and still ship AI in production — RAG pipelines, document intelligence and GPT-powered services on SSL's enterprise agentic AI platform. Across 17 years I've worked as Enterprise Solutions Architect, Lead Solution Architect, SharePoint Lead, Senior Consulting Developer and Team Leader, and directed 13+ enterprise presales engagements. Every one of those roles rests on the same foundation — .NET, SQL Server and Azure — which is what keeps the work grounded in code that actually ships.

Delivered the Ministry of Housing Legal Case Management System (.NET Core, SQL Server, Telerik Reporting) from requirements workshops to production. Built the OHI Group MENA HR platform (.NET Core, Blazor) with multi-country payroll engines for ~700 employees across GCC operations. Integrated IBM FileNet ECM with CMS modules and Angular dashboards; established the Report Hub (Telerik Report Server) as the CMS product's core reporting layer; engineered the CSAT platform (SurveyJS + .NET Core). Led and mentored a delivery team of ~3 engineers; from 2025 built early AI demonstrations and document-intelligence use cases; served as business analyst and technical point of contact for the Environment Authority (EA Oman).
